CAE is one kind of rapid development computation technology; the core technology for computation analysis, simulation and optimized design of important project and industrial products; the most important tool and means of innovation research and design. By several decades’ development, CAE technology has been successfully applied in the fields of aeronautics, astronautics, machine, automobile, ship, electron, civil engineering and material.
Sponsored by CMES and DALIAN University of Technology, “The 3rd China CAE Analysis Technology Annual Conference and 2007 National Symposium for the Advanced CAE Technology & Application” will be held in DALIAN on July 28-29.2007. The conference intents to strengthen product development ability, shorten development cycle, enhance design quality, optimize development flow, reduce product development cost, extend CAE application in the process of product design and manufacturing, and promote enterprises’ competitive ability.
The conference had been successfully held twice in Beijing and Qingdao, and it has been the professional exchange platform of China CAE analysis engineers. More than 300 people attended conference. This conference will also invite leaders of related ministries and commissions, scientific research institutes, universities and well-known enterprises, academicians, scholars, software manufacturers representatives to make reports and lectures. The <<Modern Engineering Analysis Technique>> will be published before conference. Welcome to contribute and attend this pageant!
一.Conference objectives

四.Conference activities
1. Primary intention report
The professional leaders and academicians of two academies are specially invited to make the primary intention report and closing lecture for the conference
2. Report on a special topic
The annual meeting has four branches: 1.national defense science and technology industry (aerospace, weapon industry), 2. transportation (automobile, rolling stock), 3, digital shipbuilding (including military vessel and civilian boat), 4.manufacturing science and technology application (machinery, material, electronic and civil engineering). Experts, scholars, researchers, simulation analysis engineers and famous software manufacturers will make reports on special topics, introduce and exchange the latest development trends, academic points of view and application cases.
3. Exhibition and exposure
The organizing committee will arrange the exhibition of new technologies, new products and software application. Welcome to attend the exhibition! Each booth will be 2mｘ3m and RMB￥5000.
4. Paper evaluation and selection
This annual meeting especially supposes “outstanding paper prize” for 10 persons, the concerned experts invited by the organization committee of the conference will appraise them. The author-winning prize will be awarded the certificate and prize, outstanding papers will be recommended to the specialized publications.
5. The best practice cases collection
The activity intents to help our manufacturers improve products innovation ability, extend successful experience of CAE technology applied in the products innovation and further popularize CAE technology application in the enterprises.
The recommended item should cover cells in the products engineering analysis field and integration technology’s application; reflect how to improve management level through CAE application, optimize products development flow, improve customers’ approbation and realize their value, produce competitive products; get favorable economic benefits and enlarge marketing shares.
The item must be product analysis one or phase fruit completed after May 1,2006, excluding items in layout and implementation.
6. Banquet and performance
To express appreciation for representatives and cooperators’ concern and support on CAE annual conference, organization committee will hold banquet, award prizes and see the performance on the opening ceremony(Welcome representatives to attend the performance, if have the intention, please contact organization committee in advance).
7. Night piece visit
DALIAN was called North Hongkang, the city of romance has been a place of interest. Being a peninsula city, it has warm winter and cool summer.
Beautiful XINGHAI Square, LVSHUNKOU; tale of Tiger Beach, the unique underwater world; everywhere squares; “International dress festival”; “International beer festival”; “football city”… All these make the city so attractive. During this conference, the “2007 DALIAN International Beer Festival” will be held at the same time, organization committee will organize all the representatives to visit the beautiful night piece!
五.Paper collection
1. All papers should be substantial in content, accurate in data with smooth writing and not published on the formal publications. The word number should be controlled within 5,000 characters.
2. All manuscripts should be recorded in Word format, with A4 paper, and composing in streamer, each margin is 30mm respectively
3. The title (2#, black) should be centered; the author’s name (5#, Kaiti) should be placed under the title (leave a line) and in the middle; the author’s unit、 region and post code (small 5#) should be placed under author’s name (leave a line); abstract、keywords (small 5#, fangsongti) should be placed under the author’s unit (leave a line); the text should use 5# songti, title numbers of level 1、2 and 3 should be showed by Arabic numerals (for example: 1、 1.1、 1.1.1) ； charts and tables should be arranged compactly and the line must be clear; bibliography (small 5#, songti )、brief introduction and communication means of the first author should be listed after the text; page number is unnecessary.
4.The papers’ collection is free and only be used among insiders for exchange.
5. Papers should be sent to the mailbox (hb_cao@126.com) before July 10.
六.Conference fee
1. Registration fee: 1500 Yuan (RMB)/person (including registration, material, dining spends and so on).
2. The expenses of enterprises to make crown name on the conference, its support and joint, need concrete consultation according to the situation.
3. The above expenses do not include the conference attendant’s transportation and hotel expenses, during the conference period one should pay for hotel expense by himself; the conference affair team will uniformly arrange it.
4. This conference affair work is undertaken by Innovative Manufacturing Technology Development Center, and would give official receipt to the attendants.
